Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir
In August 2008, Form No. 7 (along with Entrance Fees) and Form No. 14 have been submitted to our Co-operative Housing Society situated in Borivali (West), Mumbai for including my spouse name as associate member and nominating my son for the flat owned by me singly, since 2001 in the society. Despite repeated requests, duplicate copy of Form No. 14 (confirming notation of nominee's name in society' records), has not been returned to me.
Similarly, though the society has collected entrance fees for Associate Membership, society has not added the name of the associate member in the share certificate issued to me. My name is also spelt wrongly in Share Certificate, besides some scribbling in the certificate. My request for rectification / issuance of fresh certificate remains unattended since 7-8 months. All dues to society are regularly paid
Please guide me as to options available to solve the issue
Thanks
PKV
