Dear Sir
In 2011 also my mother got the stay on maintenance on charge under section 18 of Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act on some plots of my father which are our ancestoral property aslo.
Despite of this stay on maintenacen on charge my father has sold the plot on dated 21st December'2012 and my mother has filed the cancellation on dated 15th Jan'2013 and also my mother has filed application under 6C that the purchaser of this land is a powerful man and he is trying to take the possession of this land by contructing house on it soon though it is under stay on maintainance on charge. He has also put the raw material for the construction of house on this plot as he has plan to do it asap.
My mother has also requested in her petition that the purchaser has purchased the land though there was stay on maintainance on charge and not to allow him to do the contruction on this land any further.
Same day the court has ordered commision to submit its report and given the date of 21st Jan'2013.
Wanted to ask wheather the court is there any possibility that the court will grant my 6C and restrict him to built any house on this plot.
