Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir/Madam, I am a permanent resident of Tripura State of the above address and my name as voter is listed in electoral roll of my relevant constituency. I stay outside my address for a temporary job. Recently, a person of my locality has filed a FORM 7 with Election Commission of India for deletion of my name from electoral roll showing the ground as "MISSING". The person who has filed form 7 showing the ground as missing is no way connected to me. I shall be obliged to receive your kind advice what legal recourse may be initiated against the person who has shown me as missing officially by filing a FORM 7. Regards.
