Dear sir/madam,
i have the two shop and rented to the shop keeper i want to vacate him but he is not vacating the shop can i apply for CAVEAT

if he is not vacating the same, you need to file a suit for eviction and not a caveat. read more on indian laws on my website www.karvai.in.
