Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear sir,
My brother had installed a water pressure pump next to his water tank on my floor roof.
Now the pressure pump is making too much vibrating sound and I'm getting head pain due to it. I told him to remove the pressure pump and get it installed at his floor (ground floor) but he is unwilling to do so . Its become very painful for me to bear the noise I daily have to take pills because of pain in my head.
Kindly guide me what I can do.
