Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear Sir,

My Dad brought a land 205.7 syd in the year 1991 from Mr.Kamal. At the time of purchase my dad taken a fully owned agreement on a stamp paper worth Rs.10/- from Mr. Kamal. The survey number is D358 of the village. After purchase my dad established a Hut which is tax exempted from the Gram Panchayat. We resided in the Hut till Dec - 2012. Now we are demolished the hut and started a construction for RCC Building through Housing Board. Now we are in rented house from Jan - 13 to till date. Unfortunately 13 days back Mr. Kamal was died with a heart attack. Now Mr. Kamal's two children who have an age of 26 and 24 approximately were making an allegation at our construction site.

1) Is such agreement is valid or not for us which have a 21.10 years old ?

2) What is D stands for D358 ?

3) Except Tax, we are paying Electricity bill from 2001 and Panchayat water connection bill from 2009. Is these are support for us or not for any legal issues rasied by Kamal's children ?

4)If D358 is under Gramakantam, we had got registration from my dad by stating such place is our forefathers is useful to us or not ?

5) What is the duration for such type of registrations validate ?

6) In fact Mr.Kamal have no proper documents for such sold out place, How we can got registration for such land ?

Please give the advise for me on urgent basis. Thanking you sir.
