Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir,
My father belongs to Schedule Caste and mother belongs to OBC. My father, mother, sister and me were categorised under scheduled caste and we had enjoyed may facilites offered to Scheduled Caste by State Govt. Later my sister got married to a person who belongs to OBC and my family is also now registered to a local religious group which comes under OBC. Kindly confirm can I legally change my caste from SC to OBC ? Can I apply for any Govt jobs under the category OBC?
