Dear sir,
my father expired and my brothers are selling fathers properties without notifing me and currently i'm staying out side of india. please advice what shall i do in this period.

you may seek a stay against your brothers restraining them from selling the properties and seek partition of the same. as you outside india, the suit may be filed through your lawful attorney and you need to send a GPA to him duly notarized or attested by indian consulate.
