Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
dear sir,
My name is Jiten Soni and i am from Vadodara Gujarat.
Maine intrim order (visiting rights) family court (Vadodara, Gujarat) mein mere son (he is 3 1/2 yrs old)ke liye 24-09-2012 ko file kiya tha.
Abhi tak judge visiting rights ka order (JO MERA EQUAL RIHGTS HAI) nahi kar rahe hai aur maine apne son ko last 6 months se dekh bhi nahi aur woh date par date de rahe hein.
Abhi last 30-3-2013 ko hearing date thi but judge board par hi nahi aaye to judge ne long date 20-06-2013 ki date dedi hai.
SO,SIR PLEASE TELL ME THAT WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?
I AM SO UPSET AND MY SON IS ALSO REMEMBER TO ME BUT MY FATHER IN LAW AND MY WIFE HAS SUCH TOO MUCH CRUEL NATURE AND ATTITUDE.
PLEASE SIR HELP ME..!!!

Due to excessive backlog, all litigants are facing similar problems. There does not exist a legal solution to this. You may approach High Court for time bound disposal of the matter.
