Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir
My Mother in law has got one R.O. in a house which has already been sold by My father in law ,but my mother in law has got R.O. to stay till the disposal of this case. My mother in law is 56 and my father in law is 62.My father in law is denying having any realtionship with us (my mother in law my husband ) as he is totally in control of his mistress.but we have all the evidences in our favour like id and address proof. Actually this is a ancestoral property ( The Land where my father in law has built this house ).
We dont have any other shetler to live other than this. I am living here with my husband 32 and my two sons (3, 1 ) , I am really worried About our house, my husband has also applied for the cancellation of the above sale deed but the same is still pending in the court.
We are really worried about our house as the health of my mother in law stays down these days and in case of death of my mother in law we might be home less and we may have to vacate this house as the seller has got the ownership in a civil case with my mother in law.
Can i file case under domestic voilance act to get the R.O. in my favour also in order to protect our house as my husband,my mother in law and my sons all stay in this small house. Can i also claim monetary relief from my father in law through he is denying any relationship with us.
