Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir
Our property was compulsorily acquired by the Government in year 1960. It was a DDA Flat and at that time flat owners were awarded compensations, but due to some reasons we did not apply for the compensations. Can we now claim the amount or any part of it?Any other remedy available?? Kindly suggest
