Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir.
Our society is our new society for the last one year our builder is not looking after the maintance he strongly told that he cannot manage the society maintance. so some formed a propsed society and took the handover from the builderfor running the society. without informing anybody they opened a bank account in the society name after 6 months all the memmebers gave there resignation an dagain strated to collect the mantiance. a sthe society is been registered on 1st of march 2013. this memebers and the builders have put notice if the overdues are not paid then our share certificates will not be given to us and 21% interest will be charged. i want to know the previous maintance before society registration is legal or can take the matter legaly.

Be practical, if a member is using he has to pay the maintenance of the Society property; whether before or after incorporation of Society. Builder also would not pay from his pocket; he will collect it from members only.
