Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir,
Our tenement building in mumbai is purchased by buidler and he is developing it, now committee member are allotting rooms to the tenents by choice on payment of Rs. 10-15000/- and left over rooms will be allotter to those who are unable to pay by lotter system which they got is passed in AGM by means, my question is that:
1. can they do this as per law
2. is it not deprive the comman tenent from his right to have room allotted from whole lot of room by lottery system
3. can this be challenge, how and with whom
Please advice at this earliest.

The resolution passed by AGM may be challenged before the R.C.S. if it appears to be illegal or unreasonable to any member.
