Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear Sir

Sir ,My Father has sold one of our property (ancestoral property which is in his name now)and as per rule i need to put objection for its "Dakhil Kharij" in the local panchayat within 35 days of its sale. I have put three objections on its "Dakhil Kharij" on this sale deed with the time limit of 35 days.

But despite of this objection the local panchayat has registered the name of the new purchaser in its record by taking some bribe.. Though i have filed the case for its registration cancellation. I have kept the receiving of all the objections of "Dakhil Kharij" which i have put thrice with in this 35 days of sale.

I wanted to know will this sale deed will be valid although i have put the objection in the local panchayat within the time frame of objection on the sale deed and requested not to enter the name of the new purchaser in the records of the panchayat.

Please Suggest, Can i do some thing more so that its dakhil kharij will be envalid and Recently on the basis of this dakhil kharij and sale deed the new purchaser has got ownership of the house in a civil suit with me,Though i have challenged it in the district court also.I am in possesssion of this house till date.

Please Suggest How to go about it.
