Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir,
We are four brothers. All are having gap of 3years. I am the 4th one. The 3rd brother and my self, having the date of birth certificate (as per the SSC) with three months gap which is not possible.
In this case, my brother date of birth is april 1972 and my date of birth is august 1972. According to the above my date of birth may be 1975. I have realized now that i am loosing three years. I don't know the date of birth recorded in revenue records. I this situation, What should I do to correct my date of birth. If the date birth in revenue record written for both with 3minths gap. Now, how it can rectified?. Pl. suggest me to correct my date of birth.
