Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Debris from neighbor's tree becoming a nuisance
There is a tree on my neighbor's property that hangs over onto my property and it is becoming a nuisance. The tree leaves clog my gutters, the sap from the tree is covering my vehicles and leaving a sticky film, and it also makes a mess of my vehicles from the birds that are in the tree. Can I cut the tree back to my property line? Who is responsible for keeping the tree from extending over my property? Can you answer my questions and maybe direct me to some law resources where I can read about my rights?
