Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Is their any way it can be decided by the court that i am his legal wife ( I have also one lower order court which clearly states that i am his wife, i have submitted it in court also)and we have all the rights for it and i can get one permanent r.o.residentails order and i can get some maintence and some relief for my family . My husband is 60+ and he is getting pension from Central govt after his retirement . we have no source of income and my husband is trying to take make it too long for us to get justice , he is trying every step that can throw us on road. I filed this case thinking that we will get justice soon within 60 days and it will be decided finally by the court that we are the real family members and my son and daughter in law will get their rights and share in his property .
We have each and every proof that we are the real family members of my husband but he is just trying to engage us court matter and make it long for us.
I filed the case in October '2010 but he has recently put objection in March'2011 denying our relations ,Sir we are really the honest one but he is really torturching us by engaging us in the false cases .
