Deflating Tyres
If I deflate a vehicles tyres parked on my private property adjoining the road.. where there is clear No parking signage and a notice stating that tyres of unattended vehicles will be deflated... Am I in the wrong?

You donot have any right to cause damage to the property of others.there are other ways to exhert and protect your right and interest.

no but ethically you are troubling the people. i would suggest you to call traffic police and ask them to tow such vehicles
