Deletion of LPG from ration card

In my ration card it has been wrongly entered 2 cylinders of LPG, but I do not have gas connection at all. How to delete LPG connection from my ration card?

You may give application in connection to this but this is not going to harm you in anyways.

you can give such application to the concerned department. u can let it be there also.. it will not harm u i think

You can apply in the form no.3 for any changes in your card. Present the duly filled in hard copy at your Circle Office alongwith the Ration card. The amendment, after the required verification, should be done within 7 days.
