Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am going to develop my plot through a promoter/developer now he want a register power of attorny from me; is there any requiremnt of register power of attorny and what lawful point I have to causus or mention on that power?

It is important to know, what power you want to confer on power of attorney. Power of attorney has to be specific. So please consult local lawyer to prepare POA for you. And regarding registration, pursuant to Surpeme Court Judgement, many states have made in POA for dealing in land compulsory registerable. Where do you belong?
