Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Im a diabetic Heart patient, above my flat the occupier of the flat keeps making lots of noises with children playing and getting thimping sound that cant have a afternoon nap, grinds foods with stone and has almost wrecked my ceilings. When we go to complain they start a fight. Now how can I stop all this harassment from them legally and what steps can be taken. I need rest and with all this noises having alot of problem sleeping or doing any work.
