what is the difference between ancestral and partition property?
my grand father got a property with his father and brothers in partition deed in 1960.
he wrote a settlement infavour of his one elder sons children excepting other his sons and daughter in 2003.
now the other sons filled a suit. please guide me my grand father has wright to make a settlement ? or not
