What is the difference between a Legal Heirship Certificate and a Succession Certificate?
What happens if the original Legal Heirship Certificate is misplaced or is untraceable? From where can one obtain a copy of the same?

Legal Heir Certificate will be given by Revenue Dept of relevant State - Gen
Succession Certificate is concerned, the same has to be get from Court, in respect of movables or money generally
If LR certificate misplaced, u can use its certified copy, by applying for the same before the same authorities, who issued certificate
