'Private Limited' shows the nature of the company as to whether it is private limited aor public limited. There is no such legal concept as 'India Private Limited'. the word India is only a prefix which may be part of the name of the company.
For example, if a business entity is "Sharda India Private Ltd.", then 'Sharda India' is the name of the entity, 'Limited' denotes that the entity is a company (different from a firm) and 'Private' denotes that the company is private (different from 'Public').
