In case of Will - the last one prevails over the previously executed one - irrespective of registration. Yes, one will need to prove the same.

Dear Sir / Madam,
(Autonagar, Krishna, Andhra Pradesh)
A Will need not be registered to be valid. The latest Will signed by the testator (maker) in the presence of two witnesses will prevail over all earlier Wills made by the testator prior to her death. Hence, the non-registered Will made by your grandmother dated 20.02.2010 will prevail.
