difference between suite for eviction and suite for ejectment ,and property value paid in percentage paid in district court in coimbatore.

Suit for eviction file under transfer property act and suit for ejectmentfiled under rent act

I differ in opinion as mentioned here in above . The suit for eviction is filed against the lessee or tenant and the suit for ejectment is against the tresspasser .
