Disturbing noice from Mosque

Dear Sir/Madam,

There is a mosque around 1 KM far from my home. Every morning, 4.30-5.00am there was prayer with loud speaker. The noice is so loud that even we are far around 1 KM, we are not able to slip in our houses.

My self & my father are working in private sector companies in shifts & this kind of noice is disturbing us lot.

We have requested many times to stop this but nothing is happened. We are not seriously thinking to go for Polish Complain.

Further, as per my knowledge, such preyer is banned by supreme court! I am really don't understand, why polish is not taking any action.

Could you pl. advise, how to proceed in legal way to stop this nucense.

You may approach the local authorities and also the department of Environment for noise regulations in your area.

Nuicence is an offence. You can file a complaint of nuicence before police else before court or file an PIL in High Court to stop such type of Loud speakers in the early morning.
