Divorce need
I got married in 2004 but after 8 months I came back to my parental home for my husband's physically and mentaly torchure. I filed a case against him for cruelty and dowry,I am staying with my parent since 2005 and currently I submitted my divorce file...within how much time I can get divorce

Depending upon his stand, you may possibly get divorce in an year or so. It would have been better for you go for mutual consent divorce; that could have avoided the tedious process of bringing in witnesses and leading evidence. You had several other remedies also to vindicate your stand against torture.
