About Dmicie of Delhi State
Sir I am Residing in From 22 Years and My Younger Brother is residing with me from 10 yaers I want to know how can we obtain Domicile certificate from Delhi. I have Immovable prperty here in Delhi on My name.

thanks for referring an interesting question of law .
As you say that you are residing in Delhi for 22 years and your younger brother is also residing with you for 10 years. To obtain Domicile cerficate , you have to apply to the office of SDM on a prescribed application format . A residence proof is required to present with application. Residence proof means that you are actually residing in Delhi. Mere having property in your name in Delhi is not sufficient proof of residence in Delhi. Documents which are considered as proof of residence are election I card , ratiion card etc.
