domicile certificate
I belong to bihar. I have been sattled down in sangam vihar with my family for 2003. A house is here in the name of my brother. My name is enrolled in ration card and a gas cannection is also allotedb in my name. but I wernt to U.P Gazipur for studies
between 2004 to 2007. Now i am studing data entry operator from NSIC institute. I need domicile of delhi. Yet I am not accept domicile of any other state.Can I get Domicile of Delhi.Please give me answer Hurry.

possibly yes. You should better contact the local authorities of your area alongwith your documents like gas connection, ration card and the admission card of NSIC Institute;
