Domicile Law in delhi
I am residing in Delhi since 2003.Recently i have applied for domicile certificate.but local authories has refused to give me domicile certificate on basic of that iam out of delhi for 03 Years for education purpose.please help me out with judicial justification.

You need to fulfill the 'eligibility' criteria of the concerned State for a 'domicile' certificate.
The court procedure is tardy and expensive; and by the time you are able to obtain a court order, your purpose may be over.
If you are eligible, meet the higher authorities.
