domicile in mahrashtra

I have been residing in maharashtra for the past 11yrs. My son has completed his X and XII from Maharashtra. My questions are

1) Since my son has completed SSC and HSC from Maharashtra, does he need a domicile certificate for Engineering admissions

2) How to obtain domicile if my residence status in Maharashtra is not more than 15 yrs?

Some Engineering colleges situated in Maharashtra ask for domicile in addtion to Class XII from Maha. The prospectus Form of the college will clarify.

(1) The policies of the engineering colleges vary. Some ask for the domicile certificate in lieu to Class XII.

(2) You have to contact your areas Civic Center to obtaina domicile certificate.
