Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Domicile
I have a domicile in the name of me. It has been obtained in the year 1999 for the purpose of Engg. College admission. Today I need it for the purpose of purchasing Home under MAHADA Scheme. Whether it will be valid? If not from where I can get in Mumbai (Borivali)?

Re: Domicile
The same domicile should be valid; however, on the strength of the previous one, you may also request for a fresh certificate.
