domiciles certificate

I belong to bihar. I have been satteled down in sangam vihar with my family from 2003.A house is here in the name of my brother. my name is enrolled in ration card and a gas connection is also allowted in my name. but i went to U.P Ghazipur for studie4s between 2004 to 2007. Now I am studying data entry operator from NSIC Institute. I need domicile of delhi. Yet I am not accep-t domicile of any other state.Can I get domicile of Delhi. Please give me answer hurry.

no you cannot because domiciles certificate is where you born.

you can apply at bihar only

On the basis of a copy of the ration card and gas connection, as also any other 'proof of residence' like phone connection, voters list, etc., you may approach the local authorities of the area for necessary certificate.
