Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
when i am in driving crane some body hit my vehicle and fall down in frot of my vehicle one is dead and another person is alive and filed the case of 302 & 307. i surrender to PS and went to the jail and after three months i taken the conditional bail. from one year i am not attend to PS and court. so what can i do now?
