Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Due to my intercaste marrage the locality consisting of miniroties did not like me, and this tussel went on for long harassing my wife when I'am not at home,(I work in the gulf) now all the ladies of the locality have given a hand written submission saying that my wife is fighting with them and requested PASA (tadipaar) against her is this in the law to do such thing, because the police also did not listen to us and after 3 days of harrasment we were allowed to write an NC, which is no avail because my wife is in a trauma and has left to live with her mother, the neighbours treaten not to come back and the police is of no help, they just verbally tell them to not to trouble them, they have the support of some social worker who is falsely implicating us for wrong doings, please advice further action.
