election of secretary for co-operative housing society
What is the process for electing secretary for housing society registered under co-operative society's act? can anyone assume member's nomination based on verbal discussion and nominate member on their own for the election in the absence of the member for managing committee's meeting?

The right of vote will depend upon the bye-laws; verbal nomination may not be sufficient.

Verbal nominations are not accepted, but all depends upon bye-laws of the society.
