Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my engineering college is not returning my high school & intermediate marksheet & certification since 2005. Moreover they are also not providing me with my Btech marksheets and degree as they have put a huge amount of 33500 INR fine on me saying it as indisipline. My college is use of putting heavy fins on other students also, since the time of addmission they have been torturing and depressing me for one or the other fake reasons. One occasion they refused to allow me appear in my semester exam, i tried to comitt suicide which i regert as my biggest mistake in life. On this account they have imposed a fine of 33500 INR and its been two year they have yet not returend my certificates. I am going through a lot of mental amd emotional breakdown.Because neither i am able to purse further educations or apply for a reputed job due to lack of my educational certificates.
kindly guide me. how i can get my certificates and degree as i am financially weak and unable to pay such a fine.
