Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
We have entered into an agreement with a builder for re-development. He had mutually agreed to shift us in a new flat in the new building which he will construct. Now he is not willing to comply with the agreement and does not want to shift us the new flat. What are the options we have to make him comply with the agreement? Thank you.
