Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have entered an agreement of sale on a residential property. For that i have given cash advance where cash receipts are acknowledged by the vendor. as per the agreement terms balance amount shall be paid at the time of registration. But the vendor is not coming for registration. he his enjoying all rights of the property. please suggest in this regard.

You may consider the remedy of filing a suit for "specific performance" of the contract.
