Equal share to married daughters after the will is written
My Father has written a will that his sons are the legal heirs(They are my Half-Brothers) do we have the rights to file a case for equal share?or is it decided only by Father as to whom the share should go to?

Your father is entitled to dispose of his self acquired property as per his wishes.
