i am an executive in PSU company.i have filed divorce case in kolkata court. i am asking for transfer to kolkata. management says without the permission of my husband they cannot transfer me to kolkata. my husband wants to harass me and will not give permission for my transfer. since i am independent ,i have not claimed any fianacial support from my hysband. i am ready to give an effidevit that i want transfer on my own risk & responsibility. in that case is it necessary to take my hysband's permission for transferring me to kolkata where my parents stay.i don't want to stay with my husband & want to leave this town where he stays. it is already nine months i am staying seperately from my husband. please help.

Hello Madam,
If you want you can get the permission from the Supreme Court of India (which is the apex court) to get your case transferred. You will have to show appropriate reason for getting the case transferred.
