ex-parte decree
I have filed a suit for a sum of three lacs under three heads. All 3 defendants were set exparte. But the learned judge passed a decree for only 42,000/-. can the judge exercise such descretion?

court decides on merit. if you have case then make appeal

It depend upon merit of the case,however,judge donot have any discretion in lessening the amount.details are required to be examined.consult with all details and documents,professional charges are applicable.
