regarding false arrest in Ndps act 1985 u/s 20(b)

Dear Sir,

one of my friend is arrested in rajdhani express during paying his service as a a.c attendent. police got a havey cash from criminal and set him free and loadge a fir againest my friend. the two bags were sized with commercial qty of 58 k.g the commodity was susspected to be ganja.

Personaly i read the fir copy and got in the witness section they mention the three names but all the three person were from police is there should not be public witness. Kindly give me some tips how can i help my friend in this case is this a strong point or not.

Plese suggest me some important tips can i get a help from human rights department.

It may not be appropriate to involve any human rights department in a simple criminal case.

Lack of independent witnesses may weaken the prosecution case. You may try for bail and pursue the case diligently. It may be better to engage a good counsel.
