Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My family and My brothers family residing in a house since last 30 years.But sale deed of house is on my brothers name and he is elder to me,but property is purchased totaly by income of our father.He is at that time 26 years old.He is filing a Civil Suit against me to vacate premises.Sir I have construct house on first floor of respected house and live on first floor from last 10 years.I have sufficient document to prove my residential in respective house like Driving licence,Gas Bill,Ration Card,Gas Connection paper,Election Card and many more.So Sir what should i do to challenge his case.what is case status Shall the result of this case will favourable to me?

On Ration card all members of my and brothers family is present and family head is declare to the brither on that.will it be usefull for any leagal proof?What should be other remedy to this situation?

The situation is quite grim for you as your brother is the owner of the property . Your ration card ,gas bill , driving etc wont help you but you can claim adverse possession in case your brother files a case against you to get his property vacated from you.
