Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my family have 6 members.my father died.my one brother have some mental problem(under treatment).how to divide our land safely.we are not agree to distribute the land alone to my sick brother.brother did not agree the above stand.please give me a suggestion

Whose property you are planning to divide ? And what is the reason for not to give share to your sick brother ?
