Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
We have a family property and my father has made a deed stating that 76 SQ Yds to me and my brother and remaining land on his name only in 8-8-97 and died in 2000. During 2009 Sept mutual understanding between me my brother and mother came to conclusion that as per my father's deed we are taking the land.
Now my mother claims that it is a joint property and equal share should be given to all the children including my mother.
Tell us what to do on this situation
