Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Our Family reside in mumbai in a pagadi system house more then 25 years. the building is in a bad position, need a repairs work on an urgent basis, so ask the landlord about the same, he agreed on a condition that he wont contribute in the repair expenses, we all even agreed to the same, now some days back he oppose to the repair work....
I want to know What legal action can be taken against the landlord, so he could agree for the repair work. he total member residing in the building is 30.
PLEASE HELP!!!
