Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My fater in law died & his brother's not give possesion of the house where my fater-in-law was live. my father-in-law was resident jointly with his two brother with seapertae rooms. the house in the name of father of my fater in law. when we are going to take possesion of our father-in-law's room they can't allow us to enter in the room. they alos lock the room. the neighbour support them. kindly give us advice regarding this case.

you may file a suit for partition and also seek a stay against unlawful sale of the property or creation of third party interest.
