father on his behalf and three major sons cum legal heir of thier deceased mother (hindu female) have given a power of attorney in favour of builder to build a house over the land and in the mean time father died. his only three legal heirs cum major sons have already signed over the said attorney. bank has refused to give loan to allotee of a flat allotted by the builder. is the valid cause to refuse the loan.

Giving or declining a loan is a purely commercial decision, the validity of reason cannot be questioned.
A Power of Attorney ceases to be valid once the author dies.
